Italian data privacy watchdog has ordered the popular Chinese lip-syncing app TickTalk to block the accounts of users under the age of 13 in Italy.
According to the Italian data privacy watchdog, the Italian government has asked the TuckTalk administration to close the accounts of all users under the age of 13 by February 15.

The order was issued in Italy after a 10-year-old girl took part in the popular 'Blackout' challenge on TuckTuck by tying her neck to a belt, holding her breath and videotaping her death. I had to wash my hands.

The Italian prosecutor said he had launched an investigation into the case and was trying to determine if a 10-year-old girl had been offered the challenge by a customer or by herself.
