Pomegranate Juice Best For Health |
Pomegranate juice is of the utmost importance for the mental health of a baby in the womb, according to a new study by US health experts.
Experts advise pregnant women to drink a glass of pomegranate daily during the third and last three months of pregnancy. According to the Center for Information Palestine, research conducted by experts at Brigham Women's Hospital, Harvard University in the United States, has been published in the scientific journal One PLOS.
Experts say that one in every ten babies is suffering from oxygen deficiency or mental impairment. If the baby is lacking oxygen in the mother's womb, it can also have adverse effects on her vision. The study revealed that 78 women who underwent their medical examination during the first 78 weeks of pregnancy were told that their baby was developing slowly in the womb.
Experts advise women who become mothers to drink pomegranate juice instead of capsules.
